Refund policy
We trust you will love receiving and gifting our Offerings, just as we have packaging them.
Although exchanges and refunds are not common, we understand sometimes things don't fit and we do need to provide this service from time to time. All packaging and products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and be able for us to re-sell. You will receive a full credit for the value of the items, excluding gift packaging. The value will be decided upon by Young Willow and credited upon receipt of the goods. There is no returns or refunds on sale items.
Please email us within 30 days so we can process and approve your refund/exchange. If, in the event that something can be exchanged, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to be return. We will cover the cost to send out the new items. We recommend that you return the product with a tracked option as you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.
If a product is damaged or lost when you receive your package, we will of course replace it for you or give you a full refund should a replacement not be available to you.
If product is unavailable at time of shipping, we will activate a refund in which case we will make contact with the purchaser.
This returns policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
We are reasonable people and genuinely want you to be happy, so if something is troubling you, please email us and we'll see what we can do.
STEPS TO PROCESS A REFUND (Must be completed within 30 days):
- Email us with your request including an order number or in case of a gift, who sent it to you.
- Once return approved, please send to: Young Willow Returns 1/25 Walter Street ASCOT VALE VIC 3032
- Once received, we'll be in contact with you to advise of amount of credit available.
- Let us know your replacement items and we'll send it out to you at our expense.
