At Young Willow, we want you to be proud of your gift. Welcoming a newborn is a momentous occasion and we’re thrilled to be a part of the celebration. We have put a lot of effort into describing everything as clearly as possible but we understand you might have some questions. As always, we’re here to help.

Can I customise or curate my own gift?
Of course! Below each of our Thoughtful Offerings we have suggested some treasures that will look fantastic with your gift. You can also head to our Curate your Own catalogue to create something yourself. Be sure to add our Signature Gift box from the gift packaging option so we know to package it beautifully for you. You only need to pay for the box once and we’ll know to put them all together. If however you would like something created just for you, please email emily@youngwillow.com.au for a quote.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
For multiple addresses, please place your orders separately. If you are sending multiple gifts to the same address, please add a note at checkout to clarify how you would like your purchases packaged. Or follow up with an email to us after your purchase.
I am a business looking for corporate gifts, where do I start?
Many of our corporate clients select their gifts through the website, personalising for each staff member. If you would like us to curate a gift for you according to budget we are more than happy to do so. Please email emily@youngwillow.com.au to discuss your requirements.
Are all products in Stock?
We do our very best to keep our inventory up to date but, as many of our products are handmade, single run and very popular, our orders are subject to approval and availability. If an order is received that we cannot fill, we will include a replacement which is often a complimentary upgrade.
Can you deliver it directly to the recipient? Can I include a card?
We’ll send your offering to them (or to you), just make sure you put the correct shipping address on the checkout page. Gift tags are included with each order so be sure to fill in this section at checkout, if you’d like to write your own message, we will include a blank card for you.
How long will shipping take? Can I track my order?
Each item is made to order and will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12pm. Ocassionally, in extremely busy times, we need to prioritise Same Day and Express shipping so the Regular parcels may go the following morning.
You have the choice of regular, express and same day service (Inner Melbourne Only) and tracking emails will be sent directly from Aus Post and Go People (same day) to the email entered at the time of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX (American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay through our own online facility and payments through PayPal using your method of choice. Payments can also be made via direct deposit by request.
What if I want to welcome twins, can you help me out?
Of course! You can Curate your Own gift to suit the gender of the babies, add extras to one of our Offerings or purchase two Offerings and we’ll package them together. We’re always happy to help, so reach out to me emily@youngwillow.com.au with any questions or ideas.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
It’s very rare that we have this being asked of us (maybe once a year!) but please view our Returns Policy here should you need.
Are we loved and worth all the 5 star reviews?
